A Three Day Experience for Urban Seekers

        A Vision Quest provides a time to reflect on these questions in the solitude

of natural surroundings.  It is a time to connect to a Creative Source be that Great

Spirit, God, Universe, The Divine, or our own Inner Knowing.

            Vision Quests are an ancient practice of going to the natural world to still the noise and activity of everyday life in order to seek answers to these big questions.  The guidance we receive may come immediately or over time, but it always comes.

 

Point of Infinity Retreat Center is located on a magical wooded property in the Catskills.

                        It has facilities for sleeping indoors (bring your own sleeping bag) or camping

outdoors (bring a tent and sleeping bag.) 

                        Transportation and ’what to bring’ details when you register. 

                *Three days (two nights) begins at Friday, 12 Noon.                     

            *Friday afternoon and evening: preparation for Saturday on the land.     

            *Saturday: day alone outdoors (fasting for the day is encouraged.)

            *Sunday: follow up activity until 2:00 PM departure.

Anne Wennhold participated in the advanced training given by the Foundation for Shamanic Studies and has worked

with Michael Harner, Sandra Ingerman, Nan Moss & David Corbin, Christina Pratt, Elaine Egidio and Tom Cowan.  She is a

member of the Society for Shamanic Practitioners and, for the last seven years, Anne has hosted a monthly Shamanic Drum Circle

 in her home.  Most recently Anne participated in a Vision Quest with the Animas Valley Institute in Colorado about which she has

written an article to add to her several publications.  Her background as a photographer and artist was enhanced through classes

from Parson’s School of Design, New York University and the International Center of Photography. Anne is a Keynote Speaker

on the topics of Art as Healing for cancer organizations and Senior Citizen concerns.  Currently she is enrolled in the New Jersey

Center for Modern Psychoanalysis.  Anne leads workshops in drawing, beading and drum making.
