Longing is a natural and powerful part of our human nature. It is a state that we all experience, no matter what our lifestyle or beliefs. At times we may try to fulfill it by obtaining a new possession or by bringing a person closer to us. But attaining the object of our desire often leads to only a brief feeling of satisfaction and then our longing re-emerges. We don’t know where it comes from or what to do with it, so it remains a vague and nagging mystery.

The imagination is an essential tool that we come equipped with as human beings. Using the power of the imagination we may establish a highly creative relationship to our longing which can lead to a sense of belonging. As we begin to transform this powerful and mysterious part of our nature, we come to feel more deeply hum an and to live more fully.

Our day will include discussion, reflection & experiential exercises of the imagination done in a safe, supportive & grounded manner. This workshop is equally intended for helping professionals, those involved in the arts as vocation & anyone interested in exploring their longing and creative instincts.

Facilitators: Neal Levy, MSW is a psychotherapist in private practice in Nyack and Manhattan who incorporates the use of imagery into his work. He is a staff member of the New York Psychosynthesis Institute. Trish Malone, MA is an artist and counselor in Nyack and Manhattan .

Instead, you will view 2 hours of video that are comprehensive and will provide the necessary understanding for you to learn the Mer-Ka-Ba Meditation. The workshop is experiential and provides a loving environment for growth and evolution. You will learn the Mer-Ka-Ba meditation and the Unity meditation. There will be additional focus on practical uses of the Mer-Ka-Ba.

The Mer-Ka-Ba is a crystalline energy field which surrounds your physical body. This field of light is the vehicle that will transport you consciously into the next dimension when the time comes for your Ascension. It is also much more than this. It is an extension of yourself that can support greater heart/mind balance & greater connectedness to higher guidance and unconditional love.
