45 minutes from Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY
45 minutes from Woodstock, NY
75 minutes from Nyack, NY and The New Age Center
2 hours from New York City

 A Possible Intimate Community:  

Our 38-acre land is available for establishing such a conscious community.  The land could be subdivided into 3 or more acre parcels for environmental-friendly housing such as domes, yurts, loghouses, cordword structures, etc., as well as for community buildings.  Electricity, wells, and septic systems are musts—therefore, only serious inquiries are encouraged.  There are presently two committed participants and we hope more will join us! More land is available close-by, if needed.
